Mr. Ellis has over twenty-five years of social service experience including staff supervision and development, budget management; federal, state, and city grant management, and resource development. He serves as a National Trainer for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and is a member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America President Advisory Council and Government Relations Committee.
